~Karen: I was not planning to spend that much time on hold to make a legitimate complaint about the **** bus in L.A. going eastbound to Downey for not showing up at all for the time on the listed schedule. This is my second complaint regarding this darn bus line and, about the fourth time the stupid bus simply did not show up when it was supposed to. I only ride the bus when my vehicle is being repaired and am glad that I don't have to rely on the **** eastbound after work!
