GetHuman-179692: My complaint has to do with the "Lifts" on the buses. I went to get on the "****" bus at *:**pm, and was told the lift didn't work. I am with a walker-both hips replaced and a bad knee- needless to say I need the lifts, the bus driver informed me that it wasn't working properly, he assisted me up and out of the bus.
