~ydbalz: Hello, The New Orleans East Location is horrible. I went in through the lawn care entrance the cashier was busy with a customer, didn't not speak (that's ok). Walk around outside gardening two employees (man and woman) talking, the guy was being a little flirty with the female, neither asked if I needed assistance. Walked into the main building and received no assistance or greetings from inside, and needless to say that this is not the first time that I've experience this at this location. Maybe your staff (and managers) needs to go over to Home Depot (HD) for some customer service training, or maybe the managers need a change of venue. I only mentioned HD because I've drove passed Lowes to go there for the customer service. Hope this fall on seeing eyes, cause if not we'll keep on driving that extra mile to shop. Thank You.
