GetHuman-234879: On July ** I went to the Brunswick, ME Lowe's Commercial Sales desk to open up a LAR for the condominium association of which I am Board Chair. I was immediately helped by Kat Navarrete, a Customer Care Sales Specialist. Unfortunately, the transaction took a very long time, due to NO fault whatsoever with Kat, but with updating information on the application. Actually, before it ended, we had filled out about three different applications. Kat immediately got on the phone to wherever it is that processes and approves applications for charge accounts and that process was very lengthy, but was not Kat's doing. Kat handled the whole situation in a most professional, concerned way, even to the extent of calling me at home to tell me the account had been approved PLUS sending a hand-delivered note to my house with my account number enclosed. She went above and beyond the call of duty, in my estimation and I think that Lowe's is fortunte, indeed, to have someone as competent as Kat work

GetHuman-234879: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-234879: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lowe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-234879: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lowe's customers?
GetHuman-234879: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lowe's to know who you are.
