~Jessie/Mohamed Haleemdeen: Our purchase was a Washer and Drier. It needed to be replaced ASAP. We went looking to many places, where we can purchase these items. First and formost, when we walked into Low's,we did not feel that they are trying to sell something to you. Welcoming, the customer service was very good,price, free delivery and hook options, quick delivery and convenient hours were excellent. Robin Holland was our Sales Person in the Appliance Department, she was customer focused,knowledgable,sales oriented,friendly and approchable. Low's has hired an excellent employee. *The appliances were delivered in time and hooked up the next day. *Only our concern was the individual who came for the hook up the second day was not friendly and corporative at the beggining but eventually they were ok.*We always shopped at the Low's for many items,over all their service is very good compared to other places and staff is available at all times, who can help us. Most of the time we get what we are looking for.*Our
