~Very Disappointed!: Paid for a delivery of a pellet stove, was assured it would be to the door and put on the hearth in the living room. Confirmed time of delivery * times by calls from Lowes delivery service. Went home half hour before delivery time* found Item left on a pallet on the front lawn with a hole in the box. Called and was told they had gotten there early. My husband is ** yrs old, how do we get a *** lb pellet stove in our house. They cannot send anyone out today? We will have to wait until tomorrow morning! Don't believe we will be doing anymore business with Lowes. Will pay off our card and thats it! Very upset customer.
