~anonymous: the company makes it very difficult to speak with a customer service rep. in addition to cease doing business with you company. Customer should be able to decide how they spend their money without having to go through a very difficult maze. You don't make it difficult when joining, so why make is so difficult when leaving. I need to know that I am doing business with a good reputation with customer service. A company that respect the customer and work with the customer toward a smooth and satisfactory results.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lumosity. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lumosity problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lumosity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lumosity customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lumosity to know who you are.
