~echevrie: Hi can I please talk to customer service about my account being charged? They always waited until I was notified my payment didn't go through. Then I of course pay. This time I ended up getting a $**.oo fee with my bank, because the ride was more than I thought it would be and it was late at night. The driver took a route that he knew was crowded when I was only * or * miles away.

~echevrie: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lyft's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~echevrie: For that I would say one out of five.
