~Anonymous: after tonights experience i will never use lyft again im going back to uber because the service is QUALITY and right now i could careless about the cost tonight this lyft driver shamora CDG**** had the nerve to drop me off and not end the right and as im typing this the ride still hasn't ended and she answered her phone to tell me that it died on her and for me to cancel the ride and hung up it is now *:**am i have been home since **:**am i called the service line after sending a help email which is **** by the way and the woman says she cant help me to anyone reading this go to UBER dont deal with this trash

~Anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lyft to know who you are.
