~Jax: Most frustrating experience of my life. Ever. Period.*Got an e-mail from Microsoft saying that my account was potentially hacked. I'm a "Premium" (ie: paying) customer. Can I get assistance? Nope. Just a labyrinth of voice messages, bad music loops and low wage hacks that can provide NO help. (Oh yeah, and a spontaneous hang-up after being on hold.) after trying to get assistance, I actually felt sorry for the employees. It's obvious they have rote responses and ZERO tech capabilities. And everyone's trained to just pass you along like a ping pong ball. Microsoft is not getting another DIME from me. Who the **** contacts a paying customer saying they've potentially been hacked then provides NO service or answers?!? Sadists!!! Lol.
