~Donna: I am only using Social networking because i have tried to contact several times to actually contact the upper level management at Macys and was finally told that it was impossible. There is no way to reach them... all letters, emails, calls ect...go thru the Customer Service department. * So I am copying a letter that I wrote to the executive offices at Macys. If anyone has comments to ad, please do as I think that the executives at Macys need to here the customers that they are trying to have a closer relationship with. *Here is the cut and paste and unfortunately, I have to omit my personal information Hello**I am a loyal customer in Colorado and now New Mexico and have never in ** years had one bad word to say about Macy's or any of my experiences with Macy's in the store or on the phone. On the contrary, all I had to say was "Kudos" I can't count the amount of people that I have raved to about the service, deals and friendly people at Macys. Unfortunatly, this letter is abo

~Donna: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Donna: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Macy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Donna: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Macy's customers?
~Donna: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Macy's to know who you are.
