~Nazca: I had to find their phone number by looking up who registered the domain name. They seem to be affiliated with varien.com**Without purchasing there enterprise addition (which offers a measly two extra features than their free edition) they will refuse to give you any support whatsoever. I even offered to pay them for their time. Because of the horrible support, the empty user forums on their website, and the constant problems with the magento script I decided to use a different shopping cart system.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Magento Commerce. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Magento Commerce problem?
~Nazca: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nazca: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Magento Commerce's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nazca: For that I would say three out of five.
