~anonymous: They do answer, but basically they just pretend not to understand, or ask the same question over and over, and ignore your answer, and ask you to use email. The point is to not actually give your customer service via the phone, so they do everything they can to pretend they don't understand a simple answer, like YES... they just keep saying go back to your support ticket. And respond to that first. If you answer, Yes, I've done that, they just pretend they didn't understand and repeat themselves. Love the product, but honestly, * weeks of open support ticket is RIDICULOUS!

~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Magento Commerce's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Magento Commerce to know who you are.
