GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Mail.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-433239: I am desperately trying to get into my mail.com page. I have a free account and am told there is no direct number for free accounts. I get into the page to change my account password and it always says server error. I send the e-mail for help and I get the same e-mail back each time and the same thing happens. I am totally frustrated and need live help. If you could get someone to call me back at ***-***-**** I would be in your debt. Thank you and God bless, Gary Combs
