~James's review of Mail.com customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Mail.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~James: has to be the worst email service on the face of the earth. I got an account with them to handle a Craigslist ad for my private investigation firm. Well, I entered the wrong password into this brand new account and--boom!--I was locked out of it. Emails for help were completely ignored--you'd get an online form to fill out, but nothing ever happened afterwards. I event sent an email to their press room--still no response. Any decent email service would allow you to answer a security question to recover your password, or would send password reset instructions to the "contact" email you provided. But not mail.com. Apparently their techs, if they have any at all, like to sit back and laugh at locking people out of their email accounts. My advice to anyone contemplating using this service is--don't! If you ever enter an incorrect password, you can kiss goodbye to accessing your email with these turkeys forever!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Mail.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Mail.com problem?
~James: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~James: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Mail.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~James: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Mail.com customers?
~James: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Mail.com to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~James taken from his Mail.com customer service problem that occurred on November 19th, 2017.
