GetHuman-378590: System really is so bad.waiting time is torture. No help with emergency situation. Supervisors suppose to call back never did. They really don't care about people. Computer is down a lot and make u called back again and again. Nightmare that I have to deal with them. Still my problem is not solved. Called * times in two weeks each time is about * hr. Still they say computer won't allow me to pick a plan my husband is out of medication could kill his liver anytime. Can't get refill cause their system is messed up. Supervisor suppose to call me back to help solve this issue waited a week still no calls.
