~Sherry: As I am writing this my daughter is stuck on I ** for the last * hours. Have spoken to * agents and except for the second call, they acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me any information, were abrupt, rude, and couldn't wait to get off the phone. I was strident too, but I am the one with a ** yr. old stuck on the interstate and they are supposedly "customer service" representatives. Except for the last one, they did not even have the necessary information about the status of the bus. The first guy wanted all the details of the bus from me and when I had to get on the another phone with my daughter to get all the necessary information, threatened that he could not hold but one minute for me to get the info from her.

~Sherry: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Sherry: For that I would say one out of five.
