~ktilley: Communication was excellent and so was service. the only problem is there is no bus going to Mobile Alabama from Birmingham Alabama the drive in a car as only fours. But the trip is from Birmingham to Atlanta then Atlanta to Mobile with a six hour lay over in Atlanta. I have rode the Megabus on several occasions and I also enjoy it but my trip from Birmingham to Mobile is a bit too lengthy. my request to Megabus is to try and arrange a route so customers will not have to go to Atlanta. thank you very much

~ktilley: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Megabus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ktilley: For that I would say one out of five.
