GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Megabus customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Debbie: I have called three times today receiving unacceptable customer service. Representative refused to assist me and in turn my reservation was cancelled. Manager also refused to speak to me. Worst service I have ever received. Will not recommend them to anyone. I am currently on hold with the corporate office which by the way they refused to provide me that * AS Well.The representatives are out of Athens GA. Beth Scott and supposedly the Manager Theresa Aguilera. Horrible Horrible Horrible for customer service reps to provide paying customers this type of assistance.

~Debbie: For that I would say one out of five.
