GetHuman-341665: I paid $**.** round trip from DC - NY * NY - DC. Paid *$* for reserved seats. From DC - NY the first shift driver said his shift is over so he stopped out of nowhere and told us to wait ** min. But the next shift driver didn't pick up his **** phone and came one hour late. He doesn't feel sorry about it. on our way to NY, there was a lot of traffic . left DC at *:**pm arrived NY with the *nd driver at **:**pm. The regular drive time is *hours and **min. but it took us *hours and ** min. On my way back to dc. the bus came * hour late. departure time was *:**am. it was fukcing raining outside and the bust came late after * hour. *:**pm. I got a refund of $** dollars for dc to ny. But not the NY to dc because it is only * hour late. they don't accept * hour late. **** you megabus
