~anon: I spoke with "Cherry" - who sounded like she had just swallowed a fistfull of apathy pills. My god she must hate her job. She was pretty much useless, except in that she was an excellent barrier to getting anything done - which let's face it if actually what she's being paid for. I think unless you really luck out & get someone who has a soul for some reason it will be impossible to squeeze any kind of fair treatment out of megabus. Be warned, it's cheap but they give no f**** about the customer.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Megabus. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Megabus problem?
~anon: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anon: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Megabus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anon: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Megabus customers?
~anon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Megabus to know who you are.
