~Bob6: Horrific. The menu tree is vast. The option I wanted (just get taken off the paper mailing list) was not offered. Tried all the normal stuff, pressing "*" three times, pressing various options, which just took me to more options, etc. Nothing worked. I ended up calling MB financial services, and the girl there stayed on hold with me till I got to a real person.

~Bob6: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Bob6: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
