~cindygayle: I have MetLife Dental through Home Depot. They denied my claim for fillings, stating that according to their records, I had a full denture. The dentist sent a letter, stating he had used an incorrect code, so not MetLife's fault. They reviewed it again, and sent me an email saying check was MAILED on **********. On **********, I called customer service as I had not received check. They said it takes ** to ** business days, and to call back if not received by the **th. On **********, I called stating I still hadn't received the check. They offered to stop payment and issue another and I would have to wait still another ** to ** business days. The mail doesn't take THAT long, even if coming across the US.

~cindygayle: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
