GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Metlife Dental customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~netojoy: *****. Incompetent staff. Paid $*** which MetLife accepted and cashed. Applied for a crown during $*** coverage period and was denied * times. They had me in the wrong option plan. Now, whose fault was that? All of this is documented (writing*recording). Finally, the dentist was contacted by MetLife's rep and said that the crown was indeed covered. Now, the $*** month's coverage is gone. The dentist put on the crown and now MetLife says the crown was NOT put on in a timely manner. Of course, I canceled my coverage...what...would you pay $*** again? Now, they want $*** because my dentist put on the crown which they twice denied ...idiots.
