GetHuman-310754: What do you mean...how well did "I" understand? I gave that one a * out of * because when you pay $*** for a product and you are denied * times within the covered time frame that is pretty easy for anyone to understand. Denied * times for a frame at which time I was supposed to be covered, then dentist received Metlife rep's call saying the crown WAS covered. Of course, after * weeks of being denied the crown was put on after I had canceled my policy. Would you continue to mail in $*** for services that you were denied? Now they want $*** because they finally acknowledged that the crown was inaccurately denied, BUT, get this...wait for it...the crown was put on after the entitled month elapsed. Of course, the month elapsed....they kept denying my coverage.
