~Natalie: worst insurance EVER to deal with over the phone. I hate BCBS with a passion and Metlife is worse! I deal with insurances all day for a living and I have NEVER gotten a live rep for Metlife. It is ridiculous! There are just some questions they don't answer in the automated part, but if you try to get to a live rep to get unanswered questions the auto voice hangs up on you!! It's worth not having Metlife at all! They don't care about their customers or they would provide better customer service!
