~AVOID METRO PCS: Ms. Ivory is the ABSOLUTELY WORST employee ever. LIED REPEATEDLY, didn't do what was asked, didn't respond to complaints, put me on hold forever w*o getting back, wouldn't escalate my call, TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. BOYCOTT METRO PCS. RIP-OFF I always paid my bills on time, and they still turned off my phone.
