~NEVER use Metro PCS: Unreasonably long wait for supervisor, as Ms. Ivory ***% INCOMPETENT LIAR. Refused to respond to any issues, and purposely disconnected me when asked for boss. Worst co ever.

~NEVER use Metro PCS: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
