~JLKbtm2top: I called on a Saturday afternoon and waited ** minutes listening to irritating ads. The agent was unhelpful* instead of listening to my overall story or specific complaint, he insisted on interrupting me every ** seconds or so to "document" some fact for the report he was making. After * or * interruptions I told him it would be easier for me if he just letr me tell the story (which was a bit complicated) and then ask me to clarify certain things. He stated "that is not how Motel * conducts it's cases" I told him I was unaware this was a "case". He began to backtrack and said, "Well go on, tell me the way you need to." It was said in a contemptuous,patronizing way that really put me off. I told him I wanted another agent or supervisor. He said neither was available. "Fine." I said, "I'll hold. Or you can have someone call me." He then said it would be ** hours before I received a return call. At that point, anything was better than this guy, "Bobbie". He must have remembered the calls

~JLKbtm2top: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
