~Hea: I couldn't get my minutes added to my phone, so I called customer service they were good at what they did, I had a hard time understanding them but I did get my minutes on my phone. The only other problem I had was that I dont have a phone number, and I cant call or text anyone because of that, so my service days are just running down and I cant use them at all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NET 10. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NET 10 problem?
~Hea: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hea: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hea: For that I would say two out of five.
