GetHuman-183354: I AM NEW TO THE INDIANA AREA AND UNLIKE PEOPLE ENERGY IN CHICAGO WHO GIVES U A DIRECT TIME OF WHEN THEY WILL BE THERE TO CUT YOUR GAS ON NIPSCO DON'T DO THIS THEY TOLD ME TO BE THERE BETWEEN *AM -*PM WHICH IS COOL FOR A UNEMPLOYED PERSON OR ONE WHO HAS NO LIFE I HAVE OR SHOULD I SAY HAD A TON OF THINGS TO WRAP UP BUT NOW I GOTTA SIT HERE IN THE COLD ALL DAY WAITING THIS IS SUPER RIDICULOUS NEVER HEARD OF SUCH AND I FEEL SUCH PRACTICE NEEDS TO STOP GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER A TIME AND SIMPLY BE THERE WHY INCONVENIENCE YOUR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY IN THE FALL TIME WHEN IT'S TOTALLY COLD OUTSIDE NOT LIKING THIS MAJOR INCONVENIENC AND NOWA NEW UUNHAPPYCCUSTOMER.
