~rita-wishart58@hotmail.co.uk: Moved house in may,and still paying insurance for old property * months later.Finally resolved through bank NOT NATIONWIDE!!! All promised ,returned phone calls never happened(names of people we dealt with documented and available)Then we submitted a claim in October re breach in chimney(We have never claimed previously) Dec * rd no reply so phoned nationwide and eventually ( with great stress) spoke to Supervisor, Phil Dayostino Who informed us secondary company (employed by nationwide)Wrote to us advising claim declined..Didn't happen and now up to Nationwide to prove !!! If you pay your hard earned cash to Nationwide. WHY !!! If you have had bad experience with Nationwide get in touch with me as want to highlight to press. Even your wait limits response in minutes , audits ??? They don't account for months or shame and name !!! Look forward to your reply but Not with much hope ??? Will then open up to the wider public as can't believe we the only people experiencing this
