~London North: Operative from Customer Service polite and very nice but did not have level of knowledge or technical support to tell me why I was having difficulties wire service during heavy usage times. She also could not explain what Netflix's strategy would be with increased subscriber base and how the Netflix download could cope with expanded volumes.
