GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netspend customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dorischpm: First of all. there was no way to get human on this experience. They completely locked me out. First of all, I followed the menu by giving the info that they wanted, then I pressed **, for "lost or stolen card - or never having received card" because I haven't received the card yet. They gave me directions by going to the website.And then about not getting the card they never mentioned at all. I had at first gone to the website and was having a nice back and forth conversation with them by email. They told me to go to the phone number and find out about the card that way. And by the way, when I was on the phone and having pressed ** for "lost or stolen card" found out that there was no way for me to find out about a card that was never sent to me.I pressed ** in whatever place that I could and found that it was not valid. These people did a fine job of making me run around and and I never did get any answers. When I used to call them (even last week) I could finally get to a plac

~dorischpm: For that I would say two out of five.
