~alexboorman: I had to wait for ** minutes just to talk to someone then they kept placing me on hold throughout the duration of helping me for *-** minutes at a time (around * times). The customer service rep was difficult to understand and generally unknowledgeable. The music on hold is painful to listen to and there's no option to disable it. I'm not super happy with this company to start with but this customer service experience really makes me doubt using them at all. Having to spend *** minutes on the phone just to have a simple question answered isn't really appealing.

~alexboorman: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~alexboorman: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netspend's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~alexboorman: For that I would say three out of five.
