~zacktcase: the hole phone call sucked ***, the machine would not let me talk to anyone, the website couldn't help me. you would think netspend would be more considerate to their clients, but that's a huge joke, I applied for my taxes to be done on my card, instead of checking my balance to see if it came in, they just sent me another card, I was trying to take care of this on my lunch break, but an hour later im still have no balance, really pissed off, and this whole thing is just ********, next year I will use somebody else
