~kas: ******* - I was speaking to a Mr. Shah trying to find out about a break in my claim and how to process new claims going forward. The online service isn't that great in details. Several times there was a pause on the phone so I couldn't hear everything he was saying, then when I would asked a question he got upset and end up telling me that I am talking too fast for him to finish. He had to repeat himself several times to me because of his accent and I just couldn't understand what he was saying. At one as I was trying to repeat what he said so that I knew I understood what he was saying he actually called for God - he said "oh my God" then followed with a burp. Then he hung up on me without asking if I had any other questions. Most horrible service from this individual. I have called several times before this and had never felt or had anyone that sounds so annoyed by a phoned call.
