It takes forever to get through to a human being - the system is designed to have you cycle through menu after menu, the instructions are entirely unhelpful, and at the end of it all they may actually HANG UP ON YOU before you get to speak to anyone!! It's unbelievable, and makes the already unfortunate situation of unemployment even worse.
