The wait was less than * minute at noon on a Saturday. *The operator was professional but had to talk through a lot of scripts to offer me deals to keep my subscriptions etc. It required me politely repeating * times that I wanted to cancel my subscriptions immediately and be refunded at the pro-rated amount. Don't be fooled by the option of canceling your subscription at the end of the billing period. You can be refunded within * business days if that's what you want.
