GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Nuance customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~RUjoking: I waited ** minutes in cue for what I thought was to be help only to find if I needed help it was not to be found at Customer service or tech support. This company should be ashamed at the system they call customer support. After all they are in the business of selling voice recognition to major companies with the angle that it will save them money in customer service call. What they fail to say is their approach will only succeed in alienating customers not solving their issues and needs. I guess if your focus is cost savings after sale ignoring customer inquiries, issues, and complaints is technically a cost saving while loosing a customer and ultimately more customers who read about unhappy experiences on line.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Nuance. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Nuance problem?
~RUjoking: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RUjoking: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nuance's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RUjoking: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Nuance customers?
~RUjoking: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nuance to know who you are.
