GetHuman-402738: It was just a message that they were at a department meeting and closed until **am EST.*First I have to pay more than other's offer Dragon for, then the headset come with instructions, then the headset doesn't work -had to contact plantronics to find out it did not work. this should not be so time consuming to use this product
