~JJ: Yes. It was late at night, on November 15th.

~JJ: If the higher ups at Dragon think the Asian people speak so well, why don't they hire them to sell the product at $***.** a pop and let the personnel who speak and understand English as a first language be the on the Tech support team? I had to ask the tech numerous times (about *) to slow down and try to speak more clearly. I finally gleaned enough to fix the problem but it was frustrating.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Nuance. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Nuance problem?
~JJ: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JJ: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nuance's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JJ: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Nuance customers?
~JJ: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nuance to know who you are.
