~dolo: Last * visits have not been good. First one we were seated in an area not assigned to any waitress. We had to ask another waitress if we could get waited on. Overheard hostess say we had just walked in and seated ourselves which was not true. Second visit was told there would be a ** minute wait. We could see that about *** of the tables were empty. Several others just turned and left. (which we should have done). Once seated we waited ** minutes after ordering we got our food. Last visit again they were not very busy and after we ordered we noticed others that had come after us had their food and some were even leaving. We asked the manager to check on our food, and it came right out. We wondered how long it had been setting. Never saw the manager again. Contacted corp office and they said the manager would contact me. He called when I was not available. He left a voicemail that said he would not bother me again. I called twice and left message for him to call. He didn't. This locatio
