~wick: Your operating hours are for those who eat lunch during the work week. When someone has a problem on Friday and no one even reads any information until Monday* that let's your customers know how much you really care what is going on during your peek hours of business. After a horrible experience on Friday I called Saturday around *:**pm after I returned home from trying to use my debit card that was denied because the charge of$** that was voided from O'Charley's the night before had not credited back to the account. Called to speak with the Manager to have a hostes say "she wants to know what it's about". My saga gets better and better. May not seem like much to you, but it is to me.
