GetHuman-jesscag: I waited patiently in line at the Bowie ***** store for at least ** minutes. Only * employee was working in the printing dept. After waiting about ** mins, a call for assistance was made and no one every came. A line of at least * people were behind me. Half hour later, when it was my turn, the employee didn't know how to help me, so I stood to the side and waited another * mins for the manager before I left. An hour wasted and nothing to show for it.
