GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-roompare: Hi my name is Christina I happen to stop by office depot Monday Aug.** at *:**pm in National City Ca.* For some pencils that were on sale for $*. The cashier didn't except my coupons due to the fact that to many people were using them. She said she can only take *coupon.*On the ad it does not state the limit of coupons, it just says * items per household. She said that I can not use the coupons because corporate said to limit * coupon.*I really feel discriminated due to the fact that everyone else used coupons yesterday but when I walked in and I was going to use my coupons I wasn't allowed. The lady kept looking at my coupon and store ad as if I was doing something illegal or trying to scam them. after a certain point during this situation I left the store and went to my car i called the store and spoke with the manager explaining to her how i felt about the situation she asked me to come bak into the store to speak because she understood what I was talking about and would try and get it resolved when I went back in to the store, the same thing happened so she handed me a card to email and call the general manage nothing was resolved. It was really embarrassing for me to walk back into the store to just discuss about pencils that were on sale. I give a lot business to office depot due the fact my husband has his own Business and we always buy from office depot this is the only store that really made me feel uncomfortable. Its not my fault that the ad sale happens to fall on a day were coupons come in. I drove far just to get this good deal, its sad to see how certain office depot make there own rules. I did not argue I was very polite and went about my day. I emailed and left a message for the general store manager. Which I haven't received an email or phone call back.
