GetHuman-291208: I visited your store**** to purchase a ribbon for a calculator. The salesperson greeted me shortly after I entered the store and directed me to the location of ribbons. He was also available almost immediately when I needed more help.**However, when I paid the cashier with a $** bill, she gave me change for a $** and argued that she was sure I gave her a ten. Only after she called another employee (manager?) to open her drawer did she discover that I was indeed correct and gave me the $**. I noticed that she had placed my bill in the third till in her drawer and sure enough when the drawer was opened, the $** was in the $** till. While $** is not a huge sum of money, it is important to me in this economy. Furhermore, the cashier not once even apologized for making this error.

GetHuman-291208: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OfficeMax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-291208: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-291208: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OfficeMax to know who you are.
