GetHuman-185554: I was at the OfficeMax store in Oro Valley Az on Sunday July **th about * o*€*clock in the afternoon and dropped off some printer cartages to get refilled the clerk that took them wrote down my name and phone number and told me see would call me when they were ready to pick up later that day. I told her I would not need them until tomorrow which would be Monday the **th. She said that would be great and that I could come by anytime and pick them up. When I arrived at the store to pick them up around ** o*€*clock the cash register employee told me they were not ready, I ask why and got an *€*I do not know*€* response, I then ask for the Manager and the same person said *€*that would be me*€*, unfortunately I did not get an name but there was no MGT on her name tag. I explained what was said to me on Sunday and she ask me what I wanted her to do about it. The person that ran the refill machine was not there and she was not sure what time they came in, and that who ever told me it would b
