~Blahhh: Return policy is HORRIBLE!*I received a duplicate Christmas gift, never opened, and went to return it with the ORIGINAL receipt and the purchaser of the gift, but because it was after ** days, and returned * days after Christmas,they refused to credit the original credit card of the purchaser. Instead they gave us a store credit because it was after the ** day return policy.*Therefor, I will not shop there ever again. And I will tell every one I know, not to shop there again. *My husband is a buyer for his company and will make sure he does not make anymore purchases from your store, and will tell employees to do the same.

~Blahhh: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Blahhh: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OfficeMax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Blahhh: For that I would say two out of five.
