~Victim: I ordered a rola rack from them for around $*** and never received it. Nobody ever answers the phone or calls you back - try it just to check for yourself. They finally sent me a couple very short emails that didn't answer my questions and from a different email address. They never sent me my product, and won't call or refund my money. Please stay far away from this company.
